" I originally found this seller, oneclickdigital.com, through pricescan.com, a price comparison site.
I placed an online order on 2/21/06 for one Sony DSC M2 for $369.00 U.S.D. plus $14.90 s&h. When I had not received any order confirmation the next day I called their 1-800 customer service #.
The sales rep then explained to me an extended service plan for 5 years
that included "accidental damage, theft and loss with no deductiable" for an additional $149.99. I specifically asked who the plan was from and he said "direct from sony". When I doublechecked on this plan on their site after hanging up it was not described as he stated. I also checked the sony site and that plan does not exist. I called back immediately to double check to see if there was any misunderstanding and he very rudely told me it WAS as he had explained and what a good deal I was getting and hung up. I called back first thing the next morning (2/23) and stated that I wanted to cancel the order completely and was told I could not because it had already been shipped .
Since then I have emailed customer service several times and called back repeatedly as well as checking the shipping status at their site. There was no tracking number and I have only rec'd one email response saying the tracking info would update by sunday 2/26 (I was originally told it would update in 24 hours on 2/23when I tried to cancel)
Each time I call I get the same person, once I asked for a customer service manager & was told to call back in one hour when I called back the very same person told me that they were the owner of the company and repeated the exact same line about the great deal I was getting before hanging up.
There have been other customer complaints posted about this same company on the pricerunner site since my purchase date stating similar incidents. There were also claims that this same company is operating under 4-5 other names. I went to the site of one of these other names listed, a Circuit Digital and I called their 1-800 sales number. When the sales rep answered all they said was “Can I help you?” without stating any company name. I then asked if I had reached oneclickdigital and was told yes I had. Then I asked the rep. if it was also Circuit Digital and was immediately told to please hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I inquired again which company I had reached and was transferred. The next person tried to tell me that they had never heard of Circuit Digital even thought that was the # I had called, not the one on my invoice from oneclickdigital.com. They also have the EXACT same customer service email address.I can go to any of these sites and log on to the "my account" page wuth the email address and password I created at oneclickdigital and all of my info and the exact same order # come up

Only after I emailed their customer service and stated that I would be reporting them for fraud did I get any response. I then explained that since the plan they sold me was bogus , I wanted the $149.99 charge for it removed and was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived because the plan was “in the box” and they don’t have the invoice # needed to refund. Then after several minutes of arguing they gave me a tracking number from U.S.P.S. ( I was told it would be shipped FedEx Priority when I paid) When I went to the U.S.P.S. website the number came up as invalid on the track and confirm search.

"do not buy from these guys, 2 days after I placed my order I got a order confirmation call from one of their sales person. He told me that the camcorder did not come with battery and I had to spend another $100 for a battery. After I told him I am not buying the battery, he said that the order will take 6 to 8 weeks cause I had ordered an international model. The item is still listed as being in stock on their website and there is no mentioning of this being an "international model". What a total waste of time, I called JVC and they said that they do not sell their camcorders without batteries in them. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau in New York regarding this issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS"

"These guys are crooks!! I bout a nikon D70 from them. They assured me it was a USA model (not a grey market import) When I recieved the camera it was without proper paperwork that would say it was intended for US sale. I called to get a RA number. There was no problem getting the number. they said they would refund my money as soon as they recieved the camera. I used delivery confirmation so I know when they recieved it. I have made about 10 phone calls over the last month and I have no camera and no refund, but I do have plenty of excuses. Every time they called I would be on hold forever and would be told "you should recieve your money in a few days. If not call us back." Bull #$%^!! these guys are crooks. They also operate under Circuit digital, Best Buy Digital and Esuperstore. "

"THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM. CALLED TO ORDER A SHARP LCD TV SET. WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT SET WAS IN STOCK."MANAGER" CARLOS SAID IT WAS AND WE PROCEEDED TO INITIATE ORDER. CARLOS FIRST TOLD ME THE SHIPPING CHARGES WERE MORE THAN $100.00 DOLLARS HIGHER THAN THAT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHEN I CAUGHT HIM, HE BACKPEDALLED AND THEN BEGAN THE WARRANTY SCAM - ONLY 90 DAYSM EXPENSIVE TO FIX, NEED EXTENDED WARRANTY. I THANKED HIM FOR HIS ADVICE, BUT ADVISED I WAS NOT INTERESTED. HE THEN ASKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER SO THAT I COULD BE CALLED TO VERIFY MY ODRDER. IT BECAME RADILY APPARENT THROUGH CVARLOS OWN WORDS THAT I WOULD NEVER SEE THE TV SET UNLESS I ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE FOR AN INFLATED PRICE, THEREBY OUTSETTING ANY PERCEIVED BENEFIT TO DEALING WITH THIS CROOKS. CARLOS EVEN TRIED TO SELL ME A WALL BRACKET FOR AN OUTRAGEOUS SUM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU NEED AGGRAVATION. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THE COMMENTS FROM OTHER UNFORTUNATES ECHO MY EXPERIENCE. BEWARE THESE LOW LIFES ALSO OPERATE UNDER OTHER NAMES - I GUESS THIS KEEPS THEM ONE STEP AWAY FROM THE AUTHORITIES. CIRCUIT DIGITIAL, BEST BUY DIGITAL AND ESUPERSALE ALSO OPERATE FROM THE SAME ADDRESS, ASSUMING IT EVEN EXISTS.

"I called the company for a video camera and made sure they had a bunch. They did so I ordered one. Says will be sent within 24hours. They called confirmed and nothing for almost 2 weeks. So I called. They said processed and is being sent today from wearhouse, can't check on it but I'll get a email with tracking number. I called several times asking where's the email. How is it being shipped without you charging me. So I sent my 2nd email to customer service and yes it has always been on backorder. They also tried to sell me batteries. They also never answer the phone with the name of their company. Also The BBB of NY has major complaints against them. Do not order from these guys. Probably a bait and switch and since I didn't want any extras they held off the order. Off to ebay for me."

"This is your typical internet scam. I decided to give them a chance with the purchase of the Panasonic PV-GS400 camcorder and got burned. Just like most of the rest of electronic companies with unbelievable low prices, they take your order, ask you to call back for verification and then try to sell you an upgrade. I declined everything looking just for the camera. Well, I was just informed by email that my order was cancelled by Bestbuydigital.net. They have the audacity to claim that the product is no longer available!!! Look at their website and the product is still listed as available, in stock and ready to ship. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time."

"These guys are terrible. I placed the order on a Friday, using 3 day select shipping, something that they nailed me 35 dollars for. Then, on Monday, I got the obligatory phone call to "verify" my order (and try to sell me all sorts of accessories). Then for a couple of days, nothing. No ship notice, no charge on my account, no email, nothing.
I went to the website, it said that they were redoing the site and it would be back up in July (only three weeks away!) and the email address to contact them came back invalid!
I did a whois on the site and found the email of the owner, and he never got back to me either. The item finally came on the 15th. Glad I spent the extra money for the 3 day shipping. The thing I regret the most is that they have my credit card information, and I'm thinking about cancelling that card so that they can't use it fraudulently. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

"Placed an order for an Olympus C4000 via their website. I got a call the next day from one of the sales people asking me to buy a bunch of additional items I didn't want or need. "Andy" told me that my order would be processed immediately. I got an email the next day after the phone call informing me that my order was backordered with no ETA. I was supposed to check back in 6 to 8 weeks to see if the camera was in stock. Their website still had the camera listed as in stock. Needless to say, I cancelled my order."
