"Bad customer service I am unable to reach anyone. Tried to accelerate auto-ship and was charged full price versus 20% discount. I have tried numerous ways to cancel order. I made no less than 4 phone call attempts & one lucky time I was able to leave voicemail but got no return call. 3 email attempts to cancel no response. Seems suspect on overcharge with no customer recourse to cancel or rectify order. According to complaints at Better Business Bureau this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Now my order shows it has shipped. I did not want this order after price jump. Although my dog likes these Bully Sticks I will switch to another brand offering a more responsive customer service department. If Customer service is non existent it makes you wonder about product quality. AVOID this company unless you have no problem with poor customer service."
"We routinely order bully sticks and decided to give BestBullySticks a try. We will not be ordering from them again. We purchased enough to qualify for free delivery, but our package was not delivered on the originally specified date, became untrackable for 4 days- with no scheduled delivery date available. The company responded sarcastically when we emailed them and made no attempt to help whatsoever. Once we realized we had no idea when/if our package would come, we ordered from a more reliable company. Mickey's Pet Supplies and The Natural Dog Company offer far better customer service, dependable tracking numbers, faster delivery, and comparable, if not better, prices. "
"i just received my order S0150473, The box, which was not a premade box, but a box fabricated by best bullies - it was an open square with cardboard folded in to make a top and bottom and poorly taped in place, the box was torn open in multiply locations
I received 3 packages of bully sticks, not 4. All 3 bags were torn open to varying extents. There were loose sticks strewn through out the box. Between the three torn open bags I am missing 13 sticks, so all together I am missing 63 sticks. I have pictures to document the state of arrival of the box and contents
I have notified Best Bullies and waiting their response "
"These sticks are truly enjoyed by my dogs. My dog needs one out at all times. I've started buying them in the bigger bag since it's a little cheaper that way. If he finishes the whole thing he cries at the cabinet until he gets another one."
"We've ordered BBS products through Amazon (for a higher price). But, we decided to buy directly from Best Bully Sticks for a significant reduction in cost. The big surprise has been how pitiful the shipping is. We live in Arizona. BBS is in Virginia. After 1 week, the shipment of cow ears is in Illinois! So, do we have to wait a month to get these things. Why bother? I'm never buying from them again.

"We regularly buy pig ears and smoked buffalo ears for our labs. One is a power chewer and the other is a moderate chewer. They both love them- it makes their day if they get one! For the normal chewer, the large pig ears last about 45 minutes; for the crazy chewer, about 15. "
