"BestValueCopy was able to print just one copy of book I needed -- color, spiral-bound, 80 double-sided pages -- for about one-third to one-half the price (after a coupon) that local printers had quoted. The book arrived on time, and the quality was fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need to print additional booklets."

"Over the past several years, I have dealt with BestValueCopy and unfortunately, have not received satisfaction from there quality or customer service recently. When BestValueCopy began, they were a great company. My business is IceboxCalendars.com and I have used them often, but over the past year, their quality has become very poor and I can no longer use them because of this. Their customer service has also become very poor. Their management team would not speak to me about one of the jobs that was printed wrong. Their customer service person said the the manager on duty did not have time. I am not angry, but simply wish the company would take a strong look at what has happened to their business. This review is to help others to make a wise decision before they spend their funds on a project that needs to be of quality. I spend twice the print cost now, but am very satisfied at my results from a local printer. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." In this case, cheap price with cheap results."
