In the peak of the holiday season, the friendly customer service representative patiently and respectfully took time to check the stock of a item, calling the warehouse to double-check the item quantity. I requested this becuase I found that, throughout the stores of the eworld, websites sometimes uncorrectly claim to have an item in stock. Not only did the reperesentative acknowledge my concern, he personally handled the problem and assured me that my purchase would be shipped as soon as possible. He did not make promises he couldnt keep, and was extremely honest. Additionally, the price of the item was the cheapest around. Shipping was quick and fair. I would do buisness with bestondigital again in a heartbeat. "
