"Was on their site, hit button for show on wrong date (month was off), called them immediately, and was told there are no refunds or exchanges for ANY reason, and they refused to assist in any way. Fortunately I contacted my credit card issuer and they will dispute this for me, this outfit is known to rip people off it seems. You are warned!"

"Do not book with this company. They have a F rating from Bbb. I called to book tickets for a show and they booked the wrong seats. When I discovered this, I called back and their manager Audrey refused to work with me at all even though it was their fault. No wonder they are rated an F by the BBB."

"Dont expect a refund from this place if you can't make your show/hotel/club, etc I bought a pass to the Tao/Lavo night club and my flight was delayed and I could not make it on the night I was supposed to pick it up. This website will not refund me the $30 and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Do not use them, book your trip directly through the hotel/air/show websites and avoid these scammers at all costs."
