"This company is a fraud, I never received my shipment and they don't help me to recover it."

"This company is HORRIBLE!! I received the WRONG PRODUCT and after several emails they told me to send it back, but would not offer to pay for return shipping.. Usually I wouldn't care, but the shipping costs more than the product!!!!! They have continued to blatantly ignore all my emails, and they are in China so i can't exactly call them. No customer service, faulty product. I have an extreme hatred for this company and I cannot BELIEVE they can even call themselves a business.. they are a DISGRACE!!"
