"Item said 3-5 day delivery but item wasn't sent until 8 days later, now 7 days after that still no package. They will blame the courier which is partially right. Default courier is Aramax which has the worst record in my books for slow service. "Tracking number" just comes up with submit inquiry option. So parcel could be anywhere. Not worth the hassle to get something slightly cheaper. Better to use a more honest company who use reliable services to ensure customer care"

"I bought a gazebo in March, Product arrived quickly but once opened it was nothing near the description. It had holes and extremely cheaply made. Called their customer service department and they were helpful in the beginning and offered me a full refund once they recived the item back. They booked a courier that never came, I had to rebook the courier who collected the item and 2 months later I still have NO refund or any goods. All I get is excuses, excuses and more excuses. Waiting on the warehouse staff to check the product they keep saying. Thats not what they said when they offered me a refund. I took all the pics they required. I would really not bother to be buying anything from Best deals. They a total nightmare to deal with if anythkng goes wrong or faulty or if you require a refund. "
"Brought an item, wasn't how it said on the description. Wanting to return for another product they have but they wouldn't let me. So after emails going back and forth, they asked me to send photos of the package to make sure it's all packaged right. So I did that and sent to them. Then after 2 days I got an email saying sorry they won't be taking it back as it's been opened haha. It had to be opened to show the photos that they wanted. Bad Bad customer service. "

We ordered a dog training collar. The collar didn't arrive with an overnight courier after we contacted Best deals 3 weeks after ordering. The collar is faulty, doesn't charge at all and doesn't vibrate either. We have contacted them for a full refund a week ago but their "technical team" has to assess the claim. The product is faulty, doesnt work, what can the technical team do about this? Buy from this company at your own risk. Only given one star because 0 isn't an option."
