Left so many phone calls and text messages and never get a response and when you get lucky that Scott texts you back with a promise of finishing the project, never here from him again. All he asks for is money up front."
"I called to see if a pool heater was in stock and they said they could get from another ware house. So I ordered it, next I get a very unprofessional email saying out of stock due to covid-19 not even an invoice just an order number but no a standard receipt. Do I want to cancel it, I say yes then crickets. I sent emails over next several days and made 2 phone calls, the last phone call the women said it was **** with some guy and she could not see the order status. Say what! Total untrustworthy company and shady! I had to open a cancel payment with AMEX. Still have not heard a thing out of them."

"I ordered on Aug 8 for a pump replacement. Took the money that day, and as of now, September 14th, not a word, no communication from phone calls or emails. Order still shows processing. It is a pump that I could have picked up for a little more locally. What the heck are you guys doing? Where is my pump or where is my money? People, STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMING COMPANIES SUCH AS THIS ONE!!!"

What ever you do don't deal with them especially Lisa. They won't let you speak to the owner too resolve any issues. This company plays games with you like you are at the park with kids. Lisa will will offer a different warranty than is offered on there site buyer beware."
