Because of the supply chain issues during 2021, my multiple orders for a Canon twin flash 26EXRT have been backordered for over 9 months. I am used to the anonymity of the online buying process, so I was surprised to receive a call from Brad Berger, the president of the company, just a few hours after I placed my order.
