"not happy ordered replacement blade for Hayauchi Pole saw to date 5/17 have not received. Ordered on 5/9. Order status not updated and unable to find out status. Yesterday stayed on hold for 20 minutes before finally hanging up. Sent email today hopefully can either get refund or item this week."
