Quality not the same as it used to be. Cheaper lighter weight.

"Been buying the same belt about every 2 years with no problems until the last one.
Same model / part number, but not the same quality. Lighter weight and the brown color keeps rubbing off on my zipper flap when I sit down. Complained to them and they recommended I but a sealer on it. Will never buy another belt from them

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible. "

Affordable made-in-USA belts.

"Why all the bad reviews? Where else can you get a thick 1 1/2" wide all leather belt in three different colors, with a very sturdy roller buckle, that is made in the USA for $22.50 ??? I ordered three in black, brown, and tan. The order went smoothly, shipping was quick and the product was as described and pictured."

"I bought three different belts from Belts.com and they are all crap. The white belt I bought just pealed apart after maybe 8 uses and the brown one had to replaced but what they replaced it with was the same B.S, belt they sent the first time. The black one I only wear for dress up and that happens about twice a year but it is already showing cracking where the belt fastens into the eyelet. Wis I could have thought to see these reviews before I paid just under $50 for a belt that cost no more than $3 To $5 to make. Buy elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

False advertising - everything is cheap crap made in China

"I was searching the internet for a belt made in Italy that would be of quality leather. Finally, I found a nice belt on Belts.com: "Men's Italian Leather Dress Casual Belt 1-1/8" Wide Made in Italy", Item# 5549-30-brn. I was so excited until the belt arrived with a sticker right on it that says "Made in China". I have a picture of my order and the belt with the China label, if anyone is interested.

"Bought a belt from them on Amazon, reasonable price, belt looked and appeared to be well built. I wore it part time for 5 months, and then the stitching on the leather came loose and the leather de-laminated. The seller refused the return request, even though the belt was only 5 months old. The belt was "Assembled in the USA", which means they snapped the buckle on the belt, and shipped it out. Bottom line, the belt was typical Made in China junk and Belts.com did not stand behind their product."

"I too ordered 2 belts from Belts.com. And I too received one belt that was ordered in error. When I called Belts.com, they also required me to send a copy of the belt. I'm not so charitable as the other reviewer. First, they inconvenienced me by sending me the wrong item, something that apparently happens fairly often. Second, they inconvenienced me by requiring me to send a copy of the belt along with a written explanation. Why should I have to prove that Belts.com messed up my order? Belts.com does have good quality merchandise at good prices. But inaccurate orders are a pain for everyone involved. Please increase the accuracy of your orders!"

"I bought two belts online from belts.com. There was an issue with one of them. I contacted the store by email - they requested that I send them a picture of the belt, which I did. They made everything right. I was pleased with their friendly service and their response to my issue. I would definitely buy from them again."
