"I ordered for the first time from Bell Shoes for a pair of Birkenstock Sandals for my wife. They had a good price and I didn't mind the wait for them to be shipped from the UK to the USA since they were just an additional spur of the moment gift from me after Mother's Day. My wife keeps all of her original shoe boxes to store her shoes when they are not being worn. I've ordered from another UK online seller (Blackleaf.com) and never had a problem with the condition of the shoe boxes from them since they pack the shoes and the box they come from the factory in within another shipping carton to protect shoes and box but Bell just placed the Birkenstock shoe box in a plastic bag and shipped them overseas and when I opened the plastic bag the shoe box was destroyed, crushed and torn, luckily the shoes were not damaged too! Will definitely never order from them again!!! Blackleaf will remain my favorite Birkenstock store in the UK...."

I bought a shoe from bellsshoes.com. I liked very much and then ordered another pair of shoes. But my payment could not received by bellsshoes.com because of some problems stemming from the bank. I request to cancel my order and refund. They did. After that, thinking my bank and my related master card create problem, I ordered same shoes with my husband credit card. But the same payment problem occured again. While I was triying to solve problem with my bank I request to cancel my order again.
