"I ordered a blouse, when I got it I thought it was very well made, it arrived in a very short time, I was very pleased with it, but unfortunatelly it was too big. Since I liked so much I wanted it in a smaller size, but they were out of stock. I wrote to the company and was very impressed by the way they addressed me and how polite was their response. Right away they sent me a free return label. I would deal with this company anytime

"Received a bracelet that broke after an hour of wearing it. I contacted customer service and received an email saying they would get back to me within three days. It's been several weeks and I have not received a response or the shipping label to return it. I sent another email today in the hopes that I will get a response. Because of this experience I doubt if I will shop this website again."
"Ordered a charm bracelet for my granddaughter, after not receiving sent an email inquiry. After several days not a reply that they would check into it with their supplier and get back to me,could take up to 5 days. Heard back after 5 days and was told they filed for bankruptcy and would have to file a claim to get my money back. Of course we all know I will not get my money back, just a scam to get and keep your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!"
"Horrible experience. I ordered a product 2.5 weeks ago and never received it! After emailing them, they responded back a week later saying my product was never shipped and asked me if I wanted my money back. After replying back asking for my money back (almost 2 weeks now) they never replied back nor did they refund me. Place is a scam. I wouldn’t order from this website. "
