"Open Box"Deal warning!

"Purchased two "open box deal"sconces for the new remodeled condo bathroom, the pictures are showed very nice petit looking lights with crystals.
On the arrival of the package I was surprised on how large the box was and after unpacking I discovered two giant sconces over 21 inches long, my guest bathoom are very small and those huge sconces would not work at all, they look like an industrial large lights for a very large spaces, there was not worning in the description and the photos are very missleding. I called the costumer service to see if I can return them due to an honest mistake but unfortunately they blindly explained to me that they are not going to accommodate me by taking them back due to an a open box policy.
On the next day the costumer service representative reach out to me and was able to resolve the issuer to my satisfactory,

I placed a order on 6/15... got 3RD Delay of Order message today

"I ordered a Orlandi Statue, special order... 4 to 6 week delivery on June 15th, and delivery has been delayed for a 3rd time, now with a delivery date of Sept 12th. This is a Garden statue, and my garden season in Minnesota will be done! I love Orlandi's products... but this is the last I will be buying from them, and the last from Bellacor.. If you can't deliver, you should not sell the item. Very disappointed and I haven't even got the item yet

It is Sept 9th, and I just got my 4th Delay of delivery email. I finally called Bellacor Customer Service, took 20 minutes to get someone on the line, and I finally canceled the order. Was told it would take 24-48 hours to get a confirmation of cancellation, and then a refund would follow. We will see... I will never buy from or recommend Bellacor to anyone .

Do not stand behind product

"Customer service is very poor. The product purchased would not mount to the existing electrical box because the mounting screws were too short. Instead of making the effort to find out what type of screw was needed and then supplying the screw It was suggested that a $50.00 certificate of some type was worth a trip to the hardware store where I could be exposed to Covid. Life is apparently cheap at Bellcor. Bellacor will not accept the product in return because I attempted to install the light. The only way to find out the mounting screws were too short was to install the light. Tried to give someone other than Amazon some money but will have to go back to Amazon because they will stand behind products. Bellacor will not."

Riverstone Natural Driftwood Round Mirror

"The mirror isn't anything like what is displayed on the website. The mirror displayed is a beautiful multi stained finished driftwood with nice chunky pieces of wood. The mirror we received had the same finish all around will the thin pieces of wood. Not at all what was shown.
We took pictures with a video and sent it to Bellacor requesting a refund. They had claimed
It was the mirror we had ordered though it looked nothing like what was shown on their website.. so they are still charging us the shipping return and a 25%restocking fee. I would somewhat understand the shipping fee, but a restocking fee too. Sounds like they wanted to make their commission regardless on the order to me.

Too Bad a Much Deserved Rating of 0 Isn't Possible

"Word to the wise, Do Not rate this company before receiving your purchase. I wish it was possible to give a rating of 0, as that's the rating they deserve. I ordered a 4 pc. Sofa table set on 12/8/2019 and they took the full payment immediately. That was the day all contact from them ceased, no updates, emails, nothing. Since they publish a time frame to ship of 4-6 weeks I knew it would take a bit longer. On 1/6/2020 I finally reached out for an update after receiving no product or contact whatsoever since the date of my purchase. At that time I was told it would ship no later than today, 1/20/2020, and since it was a beautiful set I decided to continue to wait. When the new ship date arrived (1/20/20) and I'd still not received any contact I reached out to this company once again. It was at this point that I was told it was still on back order and the new ship date wouldn't be until the end of April. At this point I'd never received one contact initiated by them, they'd had my funds for 2 months and no matter how much I love the set, I finally cancelled and requested a refund. I'd hand the money to someone homeless before allowing it to stay in their pocket. As an owner of a small business myself, I've never had such a horrible experience with another company. In the past I've purchased handmade, heirloom quality furniture without this much trouble. Even worse, if I hadn't gone to the trouble of contacting them, I'd still be clueless about everything. If you see something you like here, go elsewhere to find a responsible vendor. The extra $10.00 to $20.00 you may save is definitely not worth the hassle. And that's if you're fortunate enough to receive your purchase at all."

Never buy from Bellacor

"I purchased two lamps more than 2 month ago. I had to call Bellacor multiple times when I'll receive my order. One Bell representative told me that it was shipped 2 days ago. I never received it. I called again. Another rep told me that they will ship it tomorrow. What? I had a problem with a refund too. You wait for your money back forever. They charge you for shipping per item even thought two items were in the same returned box. They are ridiculous. Very unprofessional . They have a lot to learn. DON'T BUY FROM BELLACOR, NEVER EVER. RUN AWAY."

Stay away

"Disgraceful!!! Cost mire to ship item back than the piece of furniture cost. And even though you pay 1 fee for shipping, on the return you pay PER ITEM!!! They are horrible. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. Go to other sited for the same products. And in person the item looked very different than as advertised."

Scam? Ripped of return policy

"I ordered a patio table from them. In the pictures there were two photos with table and six chairs, and one photo without the chairs. The description did not say that the chairs are not included as shown in the picture. The total order was for $314.80 with $26 for tax. I called them up and they agreed that it's confusing (I have a chat transcript) but can't do anything. They said they have matching chairs but that will cost me about $2000 for six chairs! I decided to return. When I initiated the return they did not talk about return shipping. When I got my money back, I was surprised I got only $204.27 back. Why? I called them, they said the shipping charge was $101!!! Are you insane, why it has to be so costly for a table only? They said it has to be returned via the same carrier. I asked so I'm responsible for the charge but I can't choose my shipping option and/or carrier though Bellacor is creating the return shipping label? Also, even if I $314.80 - $101, that's not $204.27. Why? They said, because they did not give back all the tax! Hah, why???? Even the customer service rep was cutting me off though I was politely asking 'Can you please let me finish?'."

Bad customer service redefined!

"Ordered a large picture that looked quite different when I received it, and was told the picture in the ad was taken under special studio lighting and I shouldn't expect it to look the same. I got Paypal involved and suddenly they agreed it was defective and sent a prepaid label for the return. More than 2 weeks after the return, I'm still waiting for a refund. "

Is this even a legitimate company?

"I ordered curtains from this site back on 9/9/18. When the delivery showed up the curtains weren’t even close to the same style I ordered. Customer service claimed they would send me the correct curtains right away. When the second order showed up, I find yet another set of curtains completely different from the last that were sent to me and not what I ordered. Customer service claims they have no control over what is being sent out as if they have zero communication with their warehouse. On the third attempt to receive the correct curtains (now a month out from my original order) I am now told the item was never in stock to begin with. Could they really be this incompetent? I ask for a refund. They say they can’t refund me until the incorrect items are shipped back to them. I ship both items back to them on 10/8 and receive confirmation that they received them. It is now 12/7, two months after sending the items back, and I have yet to receive a refund. I called one month ago and the customer service rep tells me “I will forward this to our finance department.” I call again today and receive the same response. Still no refund and you cannot speak with the “finance department” directly. Moral of the story: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PHONY WEBSITE! They will take your money and you will be left with nothing. "

Expect proor packaging and shifting blame to the delivery company

"I ordered a headboard and foot board. One of the boxes arrived with the whole end off the box. Someone, presuming delivery company, taped the contents back into this woeful box. I tried leaving feedback on my purchase on the Bellacor website and it was continually censored for not having met their guidelines.

My issue wasn’t shipping it was packaging. Bellacor is responsible for packaging. Their solution was to file a claim with UPS thereby shifting responsibility and costs to a secondary company. It wasn’t worth the aggravation and anger caused during the process of being censored to wait weeks and weeks for a pick up, claim, and refund.

I will never shoo from this company again and will be sure to tell my story to any one willing to listen.

I ended up donating the item to a local charity with holding the focus on reusing and recycling. Damaged parts are not so much of an issue. I’m back to my search.
