"I purchased a chandelier and two wall sconces from Bellaz Lighting in May 2011. The sconces arrived quickly and were beautiful. The chandelier was on backorder and I received it in July 2011. While waiting for my chandelier to arrive I corresponded via e-mail with Debra at Bellaz Lighting several times. She was always prompt to respond and very helpful. When my chandelier arrived in July there was one broken piece (a very small part that did not affect the chandelier overall). Again, I e-mailed Debra about the broken part and, again, she was very quick to respond. It took awhile to receive the new part (the chandelier was again on backorder), but Debra stuck with it the entire time until my new part arrived. While my experience was not without problems, I would most definitely purchase from Bellaz again. Debra's level of committment to customer service was outstanding. The chandelier and sconces were beautiful and the price I paid was over two hundred dollars less than the price I was quoted in a local lighting store. Overall, I would highly recommend Bellaz Lighting. "
