I worked for then and not only was it the worst company I ever worked for, I first hand saw how awful they ran their business, I saw how awful the treated their employees and I saw how awful they treated their customers. The "Owner" who is also in a "band" that "tours" asks his employees to regularly go buy him coke a cola, cigarettes, advil.... there was also about 15 people fired + 15 people quit in a mater of 3 months... which goes to prove how awful of a company there are. If they treat their inside people this way they treat their customer this way and worse. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE buy from them. "

"We started ordering items from Bella and Chloe on Ebay on Oct 2nd. Out of the six sterling silver jewelry items we ordered, two were marked .925 but were not silver. They've refunded us for one item and I'm waiting on the second refund. I won't risk dealing with a company that is this lax in determining metal content. They have 611 negative feedbacks in the past 12 months, most of which have to do with this very issue. Paying silver prices for pot metal isn't something I'm willing to do. Further irony involves them posting a youtube video on how to tell if your sterling silver jewelry is actually silver. Maybe they should watch it themselves."
