"It was late January when I researched anti-aging creams,found Belisi's Resdermatrol Lifetime Supply offer, and ordered it for 69.95. Rec'd it February 8. Liked it, reordered online in early April. Nothing came, so I called on May 4. They explained that the lifetime refills had to be requested by phone. So I requested. I called again on July 5: "Sorry; we've been out of stock. We'll expedite your order. You should receive it w/in 10 days". July 20, I called again, and have been promised "next week". I'm holding my breath (not)! I would not recommend this retailer; they don't hold up their end of the bargain, and their product is not worth what I paid. "
