"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with as they don't stand behind their product. To add insult to injury they don't want to issue a refund and I was forced to file a fraudulent transaction complaint with my credit card company so I could recoup this mess. I order the Samsung blacklist removal service for $54.95 on 6/7/2017 and the service was supposed to be done in three business days but after a week I had not heard anything so I inquired for an update and another week later they responded saying they would try again. So I went through process again and still no success. I asked repeatedly for a refund and they stated they would issue one but here I am almost two months later and still no refund so I had to contact my credit card company. I would no recommend doing business with this company and I am going to post this on every message board that I can warning people not to waste your money here. "
