The only item I didn't use was the Vapamore MR-100 Primo Dry Vapor Steamer. This item is still new and unopened. I don't have a need for it so I called today to see if I could return it. The customer service representative told me they would not accept my return after 14 days have passed from when I received my order. I find it to be unacceptable customer service to require a consumer to keep a product they have never used and do not have a use for. If feels very criminal to me.
