"Terrible experience. I tried purchasing curtains before Christmas. Item showed as in stock shipping within 5 days. My credit card was charged immediately. I didn't hear anything from the merchant for ~7 days, so I contacted them via E-mail. I was told there was a warehouse problem and my order couldn't be shipped until mid February. Customer support tried to talk me into a different product for a higher price different colors. I decided to wait for my original order. Contacted merchant again February 14th and was told there was still a problem and the order wouldn't ship until the end of March (Come on!). I canceled immediately. It's been 12 days and no sign of my money! "

"I ordered a quilt and shams from this online store on 6/11/2010. I paid with my credit card thru Paypal to be safer. They charged my card on 6/14. I have received no confirmation of my order, no merchandise or anything! I called on 7/2 and spoke to "Allison" who promised to get back to me by the end of the day but did not. On their website my order shows "pending" whatever that means. I have tried to call twice since and left voicemail asking them to return my calls, but I have heard nothing. I even resorted to faxing them a letter with the problem and asking them to urgently e-mail me or call me - still nothing. Now I am asking Paypal for help. These people are truly crooks - they take your money and send you nothing, not even an e-mail! Stay clear of them everyone....in all my online shopping this is the worst retailer I have found online...."

"CHARGED MY CARD RIGHT AWAY. AFTER TWO WEEKS NO RESPONSE. I WROTE TO ASK FOR THE STATUS OF MY ORDER, AND RECEIVED AN E-MAIL SAYING THEY DID'NT HAVE THE ITEM ON STOCK, BUT THEY COULD OFFER IN ANOTHER COLOR. CANCELLED THE ORDER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE NET. STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
