"As any business out there, Becks also have good and some bad reviews. As a business owner myself, I always like to get my own experience vs. just taking others word for it. The GOOD: Becks without a doubt have the highest quality trailers you will find on the market, UNLESS you want to spend another 30% or more for some of the extremely off the wall custom stuff. Over the years we've purchased 4 trailers from becks and I've learned the good and bad. The other good is that being in business since 1998, I have used and shopped many trailers places. Becks staff are really second to none. The owner has been at that business since the age of 7 with his dad. Most sales guys have been there 5-8 years and some 15. They sell more trailers than anyone in north america. And, here comes the BAD. The guy who does their marketing is nothing short of amazing. What I am about to say right now is what becks really need to listen to. They have so many people coming through the door, many days they sell 25-30 trailers, think about that for just a second. They have so many people buying they cannot keep up with the callers. The only bad reviews you'll find about becks it their problem with call backs, or sometimes they are blamed for manufacturer things they did not create. I found this out myself when i purchased my first one. It was not until John (their marketing guy) called me personally (at 130 am) after I left a bad review on their site. He apologized and then rectified the problem from his own money early that day when he got to work. This Saturday we purchased our 4th trailer in a group of MANY other buyers all trying to get hooked up, pay for their trailers, and go home. I tell you the truth, if you want the hands down best trailer and deal, don't get suckered in by some of the other places out there selling cheap stuff. It will come back and bite you hard. There are many reasons becks are the top place. Take your time, go to becks and you'll be very happy you did. I have bought from Jamison, brian, jeff and fred are the best guys there to deal with. "
