"Do not buy anything from these guys! They sent me a phone that didn’t work and have stalled for TWO MONTHS to send me a replacement! I've submitted a complaint with the Telecommunications Information Ombudsman, will be interesting to see what they do.

"I recieved a phone that had a faulty screen, I messaged the company immediately with the issue and they said to do a hard reset, the problem got worse over a short period to the point that it became unusable. They asked if I could send it in for review and then claimed that I broke the screen and it was not covered by the warranty and I need to pay more than half the phones original price to have it fixed. I feel conned and this company should not be trusted"
"Unfortunately we have had such a disappointing experience with this company. I buy all of my technology refurbished, this is my first time buying from this company. After making sure refunds were possible if the product was incorrect or faulty I felt re-assured to make my purchase. Upon delivery the computer that was purchased was not even factory re-set and the term 'excellent condition' was definitely stretched. It has now been 14 days since they received the return and are just stalling and not refunding our hard earned money. A very frustrating and disappointing service, I wouldn't trust this provider, please look out for them on other websites such as catch / Kogan too as the small print shows you follow their returns policy of there is a problem even if bought through a 3rd party."
"I purchased a phone from Becextech on 24th November, with them stating it would leave warehouse in 1-3 business days. 1st December I received an email saying it is not available and encouraging me to pay more to get another type of phone, this seemed ridiculous because the phone offered is generally around the same price as my selection but they wanted an extra $125. I said I would wait. I have been in contact with their service team and received generic responses to my specific question. The general gist. Their supplier doesn't have stock and they don't know when they will get stock in. Sony has the product in stock and for sale on their website and so do a number of other grey import websites. So I see no reason why supply of my purchase cannot be fulfilled but they continue to say it is not available at the moment. More than a month later I am without a phone. Be very careful with this company, it has already has been reprimanded by ACCC in 2017. I suspect they have no intention of fulfilling my contracted purchase."

Selling iPads stated in "Excellent condition" but when they arrive, the were damaged on back covers, screen lifting from the frame and batteries on both were lasting no more than 2 hours.
Took me over 6 months to get my refund.

"I purchased a s21 ultra with express post full well knowing that there has been issues with postage times due to covid and Christmas. 4 weeks later after constant back and forth between these guys and aus post my package finally arrives and guess what they sent me the wrong phone!
Instead of accepting this mistake I have been told that I now have to wait another week as there warehouse is on holidays.....
I have been out of pocket 1200 bucks for a month now and still don't have a phone. I unfortunately had to purchase a phone quickly due to a family members illness so that I can stay in touch whilst they are in the hospital so as you can imagine this has been more than stressful.
Please understand if you buy from Bexcetech no matter what the expected postage says expect a month plus don't make the same mistake I made
Customer service is also sub standard to say it lightly. Absolutely no action and total lack of simpathy to my situation.

"I had tried 3 times to finalise my online order, and everytime I confirmed, the website said FAILED ATTEMPTED PURCHASE. I sent an email to customer support and explained what had happened. Not only did my order not go through, I had been charged and funds of $858.95 had been taken out from my credit card. I emailed back for a refund and also created a job ticket for Customer Service to get in touch but have not heard anything back. The company Becextech/Julian Technology Pty Ltd Point Cook Australia DOES NOT have a working or Valid phone line for anyone to call Customer Service. The company seems to have all these service awards on the website but yet can not get back to their customers in a timely manner. Overall experience from Becextech has been poor with Customer Service being close to non existent. "
"I had been trying to get a hold of the 5G version of the Xperia 1 III and Becextech were not only the place left in Australia to have one but they were patient and reliable--even with my fretting.
All in all they were polite, professional and all-round wonderful to do business with. Will be shopping here again.
