Also got an 80 dollar hair straightener free with my order by using their promo code flatiron or u can use the blow dryer code. Can't believe it. "I ordered $160.00 worth of product from this site. The hair prducts that I use can only be purchased from three sites. I had previously purchased my products from HairCarechoices.com. I decided to try this site because they also offered free shipping plus your choice of flat iron or blow dryer with $150 purchase. Here it is 6 days from my order date, I went on to track my purchase and it still won't be here for another 4 days!!! So what did they waive the extra buck for free shipping on the back of a turtle. The other company offered free shipping and my product was at my door in 3 days along with a 10%off coupon, needless to say I wish I stuck with them...I will never order from these guys again. I've had to go purchase items from the store to hold me over until my order arrives. Don't dangle the carrot in my face of free shipping then send it the cheapest slowest option available. Anyone ordering products, use the site I mentioned as the prices are the same and they too offer free shipping, unless of course you want to wait close to two weeks for your stuff.."

I ordered something and got an email saying it had been fullfilled and even got a tracking number and waited and waited.... waited 14 days...I then tried to call them and kept getting a message saying they were closed, finally pressed zero and got through to them and they said they emailed me that they were out of what I ordered and wanted to know if they could send me a different sizewithout trying to make up for what happened! Then I got on another website to order what I needed and GO FIGURE they were 10 dollars cheaper and in stock! They promptly fixed my order giving me the 20% discount - a great savings! I received my order in a timely manner - it shipped from California and I reside in Maine, so it took a few days, but that was expected for standard shipping. "First, let me say that I was totally blown away by the speed in which I received this order. AND the order (Moroccan Oil, by the way) was wrapped in a nice tissue paper. The receipt was in a folder and I WILL ORDER AGAIN!
