"Obagi-C Rx C-Therapy Night Cream was listed online with exp date of 10/16, so I notified Cust Svc.
Cust Svc. provided link for me to order fresh product but still sent expired product. They helped me place the order but ignored my continued e-mails after I notified them of receipt of the expired product. They provide no phone #.
Update:
After a long silence, they finally responded by e-mail, they issued a refund, and they told me to keep the product as an apology."
