I ordered a bean bag from BBZ for my dog. When the order arrived it looked a little big for my little dog. The bean bag continued to grow and grow... Long story short, BBZ sent the wrong bean bag. When I complained, they rushed the correct bean bag to my door and allowed me to keep the original. Good thing because by that time the bean bag was huge!
