"This looked like a new company out there. I was a little hesitant dealing with them for the first time. I needed information and the email technique did not work very well like the previous guys review but I did get a phone call that I missed. I was able to find a direct number at ***-***-****. The company is in NJ. Once I spoke with Mark he was able to help me find the exact part I needed and I almost purchased the wrong one and I would not of been able to use it. They are a repair center too. I had no problems after speaking with mark. Everything went perfectly smoothe and I got my Video Card and was playing the game last night. I was also told that they have a satisfaction guarantee too which I had missed and not too many places like to tell you that if they do.
I would definately buy from again at the least for the knowledge of the person working there to guide me to the right part and not try to rush me off the phone. A+++ They are very professional and courteous."

Quite possibly the worst online retail experience I have ever had. I ordered my item one week before Christmas, and while I did hope paying the extra twenty dollars for 2 day shipping could push it through, I was not surprised it did not arrive. What did surprise me is that the item still holds the status of pending. What surprises me even more is that "customer service" is not reachable by phone or email. I should hope this is not an out-right scam, and if it isn't this sort of business practice is just as bad. Still no product has been received."
