"Made a purchase and was offered the risk free magazine trial. I was told I would receive a $10 coupon, except the coupon (under fine print) can not be used on any Gordman store. This store is being changed into a Gordman, therefore, the coupon will be invalid by the time I receive it. the associate was pressuring me to get the offer without full details on information regarding trial. I was hurried into buying the selection of makeup I chose, and hurried in the process of the makeup selection once the associate was applying the sample. She had no knowledge of the makeup variation and I was not satisfied with he overall customer service."
