I am visiting Azle we don't have a Bealls in Chicago I was impressed with the store and With the prices The customer service needs a little help and knowledge but other than that I will be going back for the discount items I was impressed with I just didn't have enough time to continue shopping but for sure I will be back"

I read the lists completely and shopped for those things not on the list. I found two pair of men's shoes, Sketchers brand. One pair was $75, and one pair was $50. I took them to the check-out to complete my wife's purchases. Everything rang up As Advertised, except my shoes? I asked about the discrepancy? She was sure the prices were right. We looked back over over the register tape together and found 2 items she had not added the discounts to. Then she said Synergy is not discounted. I checked! That wasnot what was advertised? I said. I had shopped for the shoes under the same sign that advertised 40% Off, with the listed exceptions? Sketchers were not an exception? I had her take both pairs of shoes off my bill and paid the rest. We travelled to this store from Fort Worth to shop this sale? This is the second consecutive time Beall's has ruined my purchase at the register, saying Tis item is not marked down! Customers who follow the advertised directions displayed store-wide on your signs only to be caught up short by an ill-trained, inept clerk? If she was right, customers should not have to question every item in a store that advertises 40% Off Store-wide! Your employees should call a Manager if there is a question! After my last debacle with your store I had promised not to return? Luckily the Store Manager called my to apologize for the mix -up and pled with me to have you come back in and purchase your items--at the price I had expected, which you 'should' have been charged? I gave you another chance and you failed again. I have warned all my neighbors and out a warning on Facebook about your Sale: Be careful, it is NOT what it seems? Make sure you contact a Manager if you are not sure of the Cashiers knowledge and ability!"
