"BEWARE OF BEADS OF CAMBAY! If I could give -10 stars I would. I bought copper chain at a bead show and made a necklace from it. The color totally transferred off the metal onto my customer's skin! I was beyond embarrassed and took the chain back to the merchant at the next bead show. First, he denied that it was his product until I showed him the chain and receipt. Then he said there's nothing he could do to help. He said, "what do you expect from plated chain? They all wear off." Basically, he knew his products were poor quality and refused to help me. To make things worse I was prepared to buy at least $300 in more beads from him! He must not realize the power of a negative review and that anyone can read about it on the internet. He definitely will lose customers over this. I feel sorry for anyone who has bought things from him. They are horrible quality and the owner is too!"
