"I used beadcorp for many years, spent over 10000usd. I had little mistakes over the yrs that were rectified with Dawn from Beadcorp. But the last time I emailed to tell them they sent my package through the wrong shipping method though I paid for a faster and more expensive method, someone name Joe was very rude and not willing to apologise or refund the more expensive ship method, I told him this is the first time I experienced such poor service, he told me they will no longer be doing business with me. If you want the more affordable supplies yes to Beadcorp but customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST! "
"The worst salesperson I have ever worked with in the USA. I ordered the product several times for very large amounts. Each time there was not enough 1-2 beads in the package or there was a marriage. I wrote to the seller with a request to replace, send the missing product or return the money for this amount, I sent a photo. Sometimes the package contained some beads of the wrong color or different size. I was offered to send the goods back, but I live in another country and the delivery costs a lot of money, and I don't understand why send back, if there is simply not enough quantity!
I asked for a refund of some of the money or send missing beads, the last time in one package there was not enough 50 !! pieces, and in another package 22 !! pieces. To which the seller replied that he stopped doing business with me and blocked my account! This is a terrible attitude towards the buyer, I spent a lot of time, and the goods were not enough to finish the work due to his fault, and after all he did not correct the situation, but simply stopped communicating. It's just a rogue and a thief. Do not place orders here, if you do not want problems with the goods."
"I had been purchasing through other big suppliers, when i found Beadcorp. I couldn't believe prices. I placed a few orders, had an item come through that was incorrect. I emailed them to ask how we could resolve the issue. They explained that i could send it back for the correct item. Which i did. They gave me a credit on my return shipping, as promised, then immediately shipped the correct item to me. I had another issue with an item, they emailed me back, in a day or 2. We are all human, and i love the fact they have no problem sending me the pictures of my order to show me the item was there, or not there, when be shipped. They have to cover their basis too, which i might start on my website..... Thanks for the idea for verifying items were shipped. Keep the amazing prices and customer service too!"
"I used beadcorp about two weeks ago when this pandemic started and my regular supplier had to close. Within three hours after placing my order I received the tracking information, and two days later it arrived at my door. The quality was exactly the same as my usual supplier, but their price was better. I am now on my third order and happy I found them. "
"HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!! This is the rudest and worst customer service ever. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. If you have a problem, then you will experience what I and so many other people who have reviewed this company have experienced. The products are cheap and the quality is not what you expect from the pictures on the website. I was sent the wrong product and made to pay the shipping and then restocking fee. There are so many other great companies that will treat you with respect and as a valued customer. Please listen to these reviews. We would not be taking the time to write these reviews if the experience was not truly HORRIBLE!!! Worse than the quality of the products are how you are treated as a customer. "I have been ordering supplies for my small jewelry business from beadcorp for a few months and everything was fine until recently. First they sent me the wrong item in an order and when I sent them photos of the wrong item they asked for more photos as proof then told me I needed to return the wrong item before they would send the correct one. It's peak and I've been busy so I opted to keep the wrong item and order more of the correct one. Two orders later my package just didn't show up. They wanted me to go to the post office to get proof that my order was not delivered even though the tracking showed it as not delivered and again, it's peak and I don't have time for that. They continued to give me the run around until I got tired of it and asked paypal to intervene. Then they sent me an email with an accusatory headline about insurance fraud saying I needed to check a box for their insurance company to once again verify that I didn't recieve my order. I checked the box and exchanged a couple of angry emails, then a few days later paypal gave me my money back, which was cool, but I really just wanted my items. I go to log in and buy more supplies only to find out they deactivated my account. I've spent a ton of money ordering from beadcorp and they shut down my account because I expected to get the items I paid for and maybe a little less attitude from customer service. Also if you write an honest review of products you buy from them, they won't post it unless it's 5 stars so you can't warn other customers when something is not as described."

One of the managers at Beadcorp, I believe her name was Dawn had been phenomenal, she's gone over and beyond to keep me updated and to ensure my satisfaction. when she noticed there was an issue, she took care of it right away!! I was able to get a cousin in an and am just waiting for approval for my item to be reshipped..you have a customer in me for life.. thanks!!"
"My supplier was currently out of a couple items I use which made me have to search the internet for another company that carries them. I searched and searched and found beadscorp carried the items I needed. When I looked at the price I was amazed how much lower they charge that what I was paying. So I placed my order and 3 days later it arrived in the mail. I opened the package to check and it was the same exact items I have been getting, the quality was amazing for the price. I am so happy that I was able to get them to finish my jewelry orders that I had pending. In short the products costed less, the shipping costed less, and the speed it arrived was amazingly fast. More than i can say with my "Other Supplier". I have had a few mistakes on my order. They always help with getting the issue resolved. I had to ship a few things back, but they have always refunded me on my return shipping, if it was at my cost. Beadcorp had the correct item out to me, immediately, with no hesitation! They always followed up with an email to see if the correct item arrived, and to see if everything was to my liking. "My order was sent very quick, I live in Spain and the shipped using DHL it arrived in only two days. The selection the offer in yellow and rose gold filled is out of this world. I found a lot of unusual items made in gold filled not found anywhere else. They also have a huge selection of Swarovski crystals at the lowest prices I have seen. I have been very happy so far with them."
"Received a very large damaged shipment. They denied all responsibility and blamed it on the Post Office, then attempted mail fraud. When I insisted it wasn’t the Post Office’s fault, they became hostile, calling me names and telling me to stop “threatening” them. Unbelievable! They have since closed my account and revoked my access to their website. I only know this because I got an auto generated email from them asking me to review my recent purchase (the irony) and when I clicked the links, they all said you do not have permission to view the pages.
