""I ordered a bundle of an 86" TV, soundbar, keyboard, $100Hulu gift card (on Amazon, sold by Beach Camera) after convincing my wife to buy it. My wife agreed only if we sell our current 65" TV. The product came with same day shipping but they didnot ship the same day. We sold out current TV. After 3 days, they canceled our order due to " unavailability".
We checked their website the next day and all the items in the bundle are still in stock. I contacted Amazon customer service, they contacted Beach Camera to ship our order. I also emailed them directly. Long story short, they told us to call them to replace order. When I called and talked to their Sales Rep, he was so rude and said he will not replace the order, first because of unavailability, then story changes to their price mistake (after screwing us up big time, we now dont have TV). I asked to talked to customer service and their manager, she said all the managers were busy and she would forward the issue to them and have them call back same day or next day. Now, its the "next day", I havent received the call. I called them at 5:30pm Eastern time, it said " They are closed" then say their normal business hour is until "7pm" on that day, WTH?!!
Anyways, nothing Beach Camera has been resolved for me, they lied. Bad reputation! I would never want to do business with them again if they dont get this resolved!"
