"Not a book at all but an online guide. Not what i ordered. Nowhere does it mention it is an ebook. Very basic stuff you can get for free online anywhere. Not breed specific at all but basically mail merges text for any breed you request.
I ordered a book not an ebook! Four emails later to their support center no response. These people are frauds!!"

"I also thought I was paying for some books, but later found out that they would be downloaded by me. Even worse, I couldn't get them to download. My son tried on another device and it too was a no go. After trying several time to contact them I did get a message back. They apologized for any inconvenience I had run into. Sent a link to go to to download the books from..bla, bla, bla. Again, I couldn't get to that link. Yes, this is a disappointing scam."
