"i BOUGHT THIS NIBBLER FROM BECOOLING ON THE 24TH OF DECEMBER 2004 AFTER I WAITED A WEEK FOR AN EMAIL ABOUT SHIPPING I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT AND CALL BE THEY DIDN'T SO I CALLED THEM THEY TOOK MY NUMBER AGAIN AND DIDN'T CALL BACK,I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND THEY SAID IT HADN'T SHIPPED AND IT WOULD BE SENT PRIORITY AND THEY WOULD SEND A CONFIRMATION NUMBER THEY DIDN'T.NOW THEY WON'T TAKE MY CALLS THEY DON'T ANSWER EMAILS THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED ON MY END FOR ALMOST A MONTH NO ANSWER FROM THEM YET.I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!"

"ordered a radiator and two fans on March 29th. was billed for my purchase immediately, but as of a week later, have not received so much as a "Your order has been processed" email. have received no shipping notification, no contact of ANY sort, short of the automated receipt that came right after submitting the order.

have attempted to contact them, but received voice mail every time, even when calling within their short business hours (1pm-7 pm). have received no responses to my emails or attempts at contact.

once this order is complete (if/when that happens), i will NOT be dealing with them again.

UPDATE: after five days of NO RESPONSE from them from the day they billed me, i emailed them and cancelled the order. after cancelling the order, i discovered that they STILL hadn't begun to process my purchase. a few days later, the money that they had charged to my credit card (as opposed to simply authorizing, which most vendors do) was refunded.

i will NEVER deal with Be Cooling again. too much hassle for products that simply are not worth it."
