Worst customer experience ever

"Ordered several parts from this shop.
The next day, I received a cancelation notification without any explanation.
Therefore called them to check: they claimed I provided a wrong VIN number. Yet did not bother reaching out to me.
Anyway, I placed a new order. After a few days, I still did not receive anything. So called them again, only to find that my order was not processed yet! they finally processed it the following day and I received them is separate packages but found out that one of the package was poorly sealed and the part ordered (brake disc sets - 4) was missing (opened box with one disc instead of four). So I called again to claim the missing parts. They agreed to send me a new box that unfortunately arrived to late. I therefore returned both the new box and the box with the missing parts for a refund. 21 one after that, I still have not received my refund despite two follow-up calls and claims that I was processed following my first follow-up call 2 weeks ago which turned out to be untrue. It is only after another follow-up today that I received an email indicating that I will be refunded in 3-4 business days. Overall definitely not the quality service BayRidge claims to provide to customers. Never even offered an apology. Rather displayed arrogance.

"I ordered a transmission cooler line December 16th I was told it should take at least 3 business days, ended up receiving my order 1 month later. Not informative on shipping details they didn’t know where my order was turns out they never shipped it out ! Pathetic "

Trouble with delivery address

"I tried to put in a shipping address different from the billing address and it would not accept. Other than that, it worked great."
