Was urgent, ordered less than 24 hours ago, lots of updates on status, arrived by TNT two hours ago, along with after sales email advising how to care for the product. Who does that.

I specifically placed the order over the phone so I knew exactly what product I was ordering, the lady acknowledged that the battery would indeed be a YUASA battery so I paid and waited.  When delivered the Battery was a totally different brand than discussed, agreed and subsequently purchased.
Upon raising the issue I was told that the lady who took the order would not talk to me and that all batteries are the same 'just branded different' which is not the case.
To get a refund, I now have to pay the postage for the battery to go back to them and they will refund the money, so its cost me postage, several phone calls and emails 5 days of messing around to still be in the position I was originally.
Thanks a lot Battery trader, I will be also complaining to trading standards regarding this."
