"I can't say enough good things about my experience. These guys were able to get me a new battery and charger for a ride on car I'd been gifted for my son. The one from the manufacturer was designed in such a way that in theory you'd need to buy directly from them, but at Batteryspec they were able to take the old battery and then fashion a new battery and charger that works with the toy. He also made sure to double check it and show me how it worked so I'd know what to purchase in the future if needed. This was all done same day, I had my new battery charger in hand and working less than two hours after making the initial call. I'd definitely use them again in the future."

"I am a disabled veteran and had trouble with my mobil scooter. I visited Mr. Ron and he checked out the existing battery and informed me it was beyond its usage. He quoted me a replacement battery or, a higher rating battery for longer life and only a couple of dollars more. He helped me remove the batteries and replaced them after he cleaned the terminals and secured the battery cover. Its very seldom that a company will actually help their customer (getting their hands dirty). I am very happy with the company and Mr. Ron.

"I bought a scooter at a garage sale. It looked like it was new and the owner said it needed new batteries. I purchased the batteries from a local battery store, installed them, and the scooter still did not work. After letting it sit in my garage for a little over a year I decided to give the scooter one more try before I tossed it. I called Batteryspec to get another set of batteries and talked to someone in their technical department. They informed me what batteries I would need and told me to call and ask for technical support after I received the batteries. "One of my Vector lamps (I have two) for some reason would not work. Battery Spec replaced both batteries and we checked the bulbs but still the connection was not being made and, in addition, Ron Evans of Battery Spec suspected I was using the incorrect charger. He was the only person who would even talk to me about a possible solution. He walked me through all kinds of options including using a specially purchased volt meter to find out where the problem was coming from. This was all a lengthy, long distance process. Having isolated the problem to a possible circuitry fault, Ron finally was able to fix the board and also send me the correct charger with the correct sized insert. I am happy to say that, after much discussion, I now have two fully rechargeable battery operated lamps which work well and I hope will serve me the predicted 500 hours. Thank you to Ron for your patience, knowledge and more importantly your caring attitude. And thank you, too, for sending me a much more usable volt meter for my next encounter with electrical circuitry faults! Barbara C"

A few years back we had a credit card at work compromised right after placing a purchase here, and we suspected it was them but had no way to prove it. This time I know for sure it was them, since that number was only used once."

"Bought an Atv battery ytx14bs equiv, was allready filled and double bagged, failed in nine months, who knows how long it was shelved, they prorated me the waranty plus add shipping again. This doesn't make sense unless it quits the first month, Just not worth gambling with them again, if i wanted cheap I would go walmart next time. At this point I am buying a genuine Yuasa battery for 50 percent more $ but will last years, not months. Live and learn."
