Left numerous emails and voice mails (no one ever answers the phone), never a return call or email. They charged my credit card the day the order was placed and promised to ship the order in 1 - 2 business days! Finally fed up and called the credit card company and disputed the charge and got my money back! Never do business with these people!!!"

"I have had a horrendous experience with batteryhouse.com AKA Beaverton Battery. I placed an order on October 3, 2011. Today is February 13, 2012 and I have not received my batteries yet. There customer service is horrible. Voice mails are never returned. E-mails are not returned. If you speak with someone, they can't help you with your order, you can only leave a message. I have called an estimated 300 times and still don't have my batteries. My order is for over $2,500 and I had to save to accumulate the money. Over a quarter of a year. I wonder what is going on?"
