"Ordered a $50.00 battery, two weeks later, get an Email saying they don't know what I ordered. I sent photos. Emailed back for tracking info. No response. I reported them to Pay pal and my bank. Both are investigating. Stay far away from this group. They are in the resturant business too?"

"First, I was very specific in searching their site to ensure the replacement battery would fit my Dyson as Dyson no longer has the battery for my handheld vac. The item I ordered was specifically for the exact replacement part I needed. I ordered it. Never received any confirmation, had to email for it. They provided a tracking number. Item arrived (from Amazon as a "gift"). It was not the correct battery. Waiting to hear back but have started complaint with my credit card. "

"I ordered a battery from them online. They would not give me any shipping info or delivery date. I received the part within two weeks, but it is inferior. It falls out of the compartment, and does not hold a charge for very long, even though I prepped it carefully. Do not use this vendor! They don't have a real phone number and I have since read bad reviews about them. If you pay with PayPal, they will go after them for you."
"The pictures in their internet store are not the same products they send you. I bought 2 pairs of CR2 rechargeable batteries and 1 charger for $63.00 because the picture showed all the UL and TUV tested seals. I never received a confirmation but they sure took my Paypal payment. After several emails and no response, I had to go through PAYPAL Resolution Center before they responded. Then they finally sent a cheap charger and batteries from China without any of the testing seals so you never know if it will burn up. And what got me was that they inadvertently sent a receipt that showed the product price for $17.00 for everything. When I contacted them, nobody responded again. They finally did after a couple days. And then they never apologized. They just said to try it out without offering a reduced price or anything. But after insisting that they switched and baited me, they told me to send it back to them. Still no apologies. And to make matters worse, when we arranged to send it back, they refunded only the charger and 1 pair of batteries. Then I had to remind them of the second pair of batteries which they refunded but they did not refund the postage which was nearly $5. So I had to pay nearly $5 for wasting my time with a CON. There should be a Consumer Affairs for Internet businesses. I guess I'll chalk this as tuition for a life lesson. "
"Ordered a battery for my Dewalt drill and saw in January. Battery failed in March. Contacted customer service and they wanted me to pay an additional $8 for a replacement (to cover shipping). When I questioned why, they told me it was because I used the battery for "around half a year". I had IN FACT used it for 6 weeks total from time of delivery to failure. Also, NO WHERE on the web page does it state the warranty is pro-rated. It DOES state a full year warranty TWICE. No response since the third email I sent them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE."
"I ordered 3 items. they wouldn't send me invoice.(all i have is my paypal recipe to Wu YongQin) . they wouldn't respond promptly. and when they did they refused to send me invoice.
10 days later I still din't have my items. I kept asking them to cancel they ignored my emails then in 2nd week they emailed and begged me not cancel they have shipped the items. 5 days later 2 of 3 items arrived. They were junk. batteries did not work did n't hold power so i emailed them again to return them and get my money back again they ignored my email after a week they emailed me ask me to fix my laptop. these people are con artists.
I send the two junk batteries back and I charged back with Paypal. Reminder, I still don't have the 3rd item.
