"I needed a replacement battery for an old pair of wireless headphones from radio shack. I found what I was looking for on their website but they listed two part numbers. Using their 'leave a msg' button, I asked what the difference was between the two batteries. No response.
I then noticed that their specs on the battery said one thing but the label on the picture said something else, so three days later I used their button to 'contact us for questions about...' which started an email to ****@**** and asked them which specs were correct. Again, no response.
That was enough to tell me that this was not the right company to do business with, so I ordered a new battery from someone else thru ebay and received it in two days."
