"ordered 2 screen protectors, one for the iphone 6 plus and one for the 7 plus. They both had the same travking number, when I opened the package there was only one in there and it was not the correct item. I ordered the curved edged screen protector this one is flat. It also did not come in original packaging as stated in the description with no alcohol pad or screen cleaning cloth. I have no way of telling which screen protector the one that actually did arrive is for because it was not labeled or in the original packaging."
"I purchased a laptop battery via Ebay from this seller. In 3 places on the listing it says 3 year warranty on the product. The battery is TOTALLY dead after 10 months and won't take any charge at all. I contacted the seller and he is saying unless the product is cracked then I have no warranty claim and offered me a 20% discount if I order again. I can see for another customer which wrote a review that did have a crack in his battery he also didn't honor the warranty. So my suggestion is stay FAR AWAY from this seller as his products are inferior AND HE WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER."

The battery was sold with a 3 year warranty, however when my battery swelled to the point of cracking open after 14 months, they said this wasn't a warranty issue. I emailed Ed (theBatteryConnection.com and EbayBatteries.com rep) photographs of the exploding battery as well as copies of my receipt, and he offered a 20% discount on a replacement purchase - but that was it.
