"I was a little unsure about buying from this place because the website didn't seem very professional looking and i couldn't find any reviews from previous shoppers so i thought my review might help someone. I shopped at battery concepts for a replacement battery for my UPS which was being sold everywhere for 32$+, they were selling the same battery for 17$ so i figured i would take a chance for once. I ordered on a friday morning thinking it would get shipped out the same day like the page said it would, but it did get shipped the next following monday. I recieved the package by wednesday. Packaging was good and product works perfect. My only complaint with battery concepts is their lack of communication, they took days to answer my email and they never answer the phone. "
