"I ordered an Auto/Air adapter for my Dell Inspiron 5000e. I did a thorough search on Pricewatch, Epinions, BizRate, Cnet, MySimon, Amazon, and a few other less known web stores. I found a pretty comparable price at this store. The cinch for the sale was the free shipping though. The part cost $72 and it arrived within two days from California to Northwest Washington. It was well packaged and in fine condition. It could have stood to come with instructions. I've never seen an EmPower plug on an airplane so I can only assume that removing the cigarette adapter reveals the plug that fits a plane's power outlet. Only drawback to the site was that there wasn't a way to track my order (at least none that I could find). I would order from them again, however."
