The following day they decided they did not like the fact that my shipping and billing addresses were different. I now have lost at least 2 days on obtaining what I ordered. I also have to wait up to 10 days for my credit on my charge account. I find this practice deceitful and totally lacking in customer service. I will not be buying from them again. "
