It took 12 days to receive the battery.I called the company,complained about the service, was transferred to the manager who was loud, rude,explained that as I was on the west coast and they were on the east coast,that technically they shipped in 4 days and the time of 8 days until I received the battery was not their fault, TOO BAD! If I can find another company that makes this battery,I will pay anything not to have to deal with this obnoxious person again. Jack Patera"
