"I ordered a Camcorder battery from them, and instead they sent me a universal battery charger. They are impossible to get ahold of, i tried phone - Disconnected, Email - was returned to me saying it was undeliverable, and fax, which i have not heard from them in anyway. I'd consider them very sketchy, and i'm glad i didnt buy anything expensive from them...
