"I ordered a Nokia battery for my cell phone. They seemed to sell a battery for a much higher price than others. They sent me a fake Nokia battery. I called to complain and the lady on the phone was rude and told me I would only receive a partial refund and need to package the battery a very certain way and pay for it! This was totally ridiculous. Stay away from this seller, they have found out how to screw consumers."

"Purchased a compaq laptop battery part number 289053-001. They sent me the wrong one. When I informed them, at first the refused to send me the correct one. Then the manager I spoke with said he will take it back but we have to ship it to them. So it cost me 25 bucks to ship the battery back. Still dont understand why i have to pay for the shipping if they were the ones who screwed up and sent the wrong battery. Now i'm waiting for them to send me the correct one. "
