I ordered an expensive sink that showed up incomplete (missing stainers, drain assemblies, etc), resulting in a product I could not use.
Emails to the company have gone unanswered. When they eventually pick up the phone and you tell them you had an issue with a product they put you through to an answering machine (and messages left are not returned).
I ended up having to spend quite a bit of money replacing these missing peices and have no recourse against a company that is non-responsive to requests for assistance in making things right. Buyer beware.
