"This company has zero customer service, zero follow up to orders, and obviously has financial problems that will not allow it to place orders with it's suppliers. Placed and order with them for a $1500 tub that was to take 2 weeks to manufacture and 10 days to ship. 4 weeks later a follow up call to them led to statements that it is really 4 weeks to manufacture and 2 weeks to ship. 7 weeks later a call to them indicated they had no information about the order and manager and sales person was "absent". Finally got a call back stating the order to the manufacturer could not be processed for some reason (on credit hold), but that it is now resolved and tub would be ready in 3 weeks! No Thanks! No input from this company for 7 weeks about any issues with this order. Don't bother with them."
