Incoherent and mis-advertised products.

"They advertised items to fit select model years, and when you receive item it doesn’t fit your year/model as advertised. Incredibly difficult to contact and receive reply from. Very vague and inconsistent. Upon contact they bill you for return shipping when they mis advertised their item. Horrible EBay experience. "

"I wouldn't recommend Baseline. I received a faulty part on my first time buying from them. And they didn't warranty it either"

"I ordered a set of hubs for my pickup and I pulled them out of the box and one fell apart in my hand. I dont blame Baseline 4x4 for the fact that the product was broken, but when I contacted Baseline regarding the issue, they told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer because I had already received the product. I even talked to a manager, who was no help to me, nor did he sound concerned. So now I have to wait several weeks for the manufacturer to get ahold on me and correct the issue. Also, I am responsible for shipping the item to the east coast to have it replaced, having to pay two times for shipping. I asked the dealer to send me a new hub and return label for the broken one, like a good business would, they said it wasn't their problem. Baseline 4x4 has horrible customer service and sells broken goods to the public and doesn't correct them. I will never big anything from this company again, nor should anyone else."

"Price on products are okay but service and execution of a simple order > incompetent. Follow up with "customer service" on their mistakes and you receive a "indifferent" attitude and total unwillingness to help.
First they ship the product and report the true weight of the package under it's actual. So instead of the receiving the product (which I needed asap) I receive a note from the Post Office saying there is postage due on the package and I have to go there to pick it up and pay if I want it. I'm 14 miles each way from my P.O. and get 10 mpg so there's an extra $9 in gas and a 40 minute round trip.
Also they don't know their products. I was told two extra small parts were needed for my application. Turns out, I didn't need to purchase them, they were included with another part. An extra way to get a few bucks. Wait, it gets better! Then they only sent one of them, even though I was charged for both(unneeded).
I was told to ship back the one small part for credit, but I have to pay to ship it back to them with no credit on the shipping. Note the cost of the part isn't even the cost to ship it.
Total runaround and unwillingness to help. They don't even want to credit me the few bucks they shortchanged the USPS and I had to pay. So much for their "free" shipping.
I've worked in distribution centers, you'd be surprised how much money a company can save over a month's time by lying about the weight of a number of packages a day. Subtract a few pounds here and there. It adds up in great savings and shippers are rarely going to notice.
I will stay clear of BASELINE 4X4 OUTFITTERS for life, there are too many reputable competitors out there to buy my Jeep parts from.
