Never order from baseball express

"Horrible customer sevice. Sent package to wrong address and never recieved tracking number. Staff told me package hadn't been shipped when package had already been delivered to the wrong address."

"Baseballexpress/teamexpress is the worst website I have ever shopped at.
They temp the consumer with extremely low prices and great deals. But BEWARE!
I had a bad experience the first time, but thought maybe it was a fluke.
The second time around, I ordered 3 items. All of which were listed as In Stock and ready to ship.
After weeksbof not receiving and shipping confirmation or order updates, they finally changed my order status to Back Ordered.
It took abiut TWO MONTHS(2/21/15 - 4/16/15) to finally get PART of my order. To this day, I'm still missing a jersey that was never sent out, yet listed in the packing slip in an envelope I received my batting gloves in.
They never answer their phones. Emailing them is pointless because they never respond.
I've given up, I'm never getting my time and money back. I am in disbelief that this website is still somehow operating.

"Worst online shopping and customer service.....do not waste your time or money with this company. We ordered multiple items and have received only one item. Everything was available at the time of order. They cancelled parts of the order, have not refunded our money or responded to any correspondence. Finally spoke to customer service, worst experience.....only stated we ordered out of stock items and has to talk to accounting for our refund"

"I am utterly discussed with this company and its ‘Customer Service’. I have been hold for 55 minutes just to ask a question about an order that might or might not ship on the 13th. Today is the 1st – I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER! Today I have spent over ten minutes now on the phone with Customer Service and the phone is just ringing and ringing….what a joke. I will NEVER use this company again. I will post as much bad publicity about this company and how it treats its customers as I possibly can within the guidelines of the law. My name is Gary Farr and I am fed up!"

"I ordered a pair of Nike Lunar Vapor Trout men's baseball cleats at the end of January 2015 for my son. I have called customer service multiple times only to be told that they have a shipment coming in this week and my son's cleats would be shipped. I have also received 2 emails from baseball express advising me the cleats were being shipped. As of today (3/14/15) I still have no cleats. I also got a "write a review" on your cleats email....are you kidding me. I don't have them!! I called customer service back today after being on hold for over 2 hours only to be told by a young male MANAGER that he could not look into the future to know when the cleats would be in. I could do without his smart mouth at this point. I will never order another item from this company. Horrible customer service and many more companies out there to order from. PATHETIC!!!!!!!! Still have no cleats. Who knows when they will be here. "
